The Office of Academic Affairs is established in accordance with the Organizational Regulations of Mackay Medical University. The Office is headed by the Dean of Academic Affairs, a professorial faculty member appointed by the President to oversee all university-wide academic matters. The Office currently comprises six units: the Registrar Section, Admissions Section, Curriculum Section, General Academic Section, Internship Support Section and the Center for Faculty Development. These units are respectively responsible for administrative services concerning registration, admissions, curriculum management, general affairs, student internship supervision, and the enhancement of teaching quality, alongside other academic-related matters

Note: The Academic Affairs Committee is composed of the Dean of Academic Affairs, Dean of Student Affairs, Dean of Research and Development, Director of the Library, Director of the Information Technology Center, heads of all academic units, one full-time faculty representative from each academic unit, one student representative from each department/institute, and one representative from the Student Association. The Committee convenes once per semester, convened and chaired by the Dean of Academic Affairs. Extraordinary meetings may be convened when necessary.
